Living
Resources is a counselling and education service providing support,
information and skills to assist individuals, couples and families
who are experiencing personal crises such as death of a loved one,
life threatening illness, job loss, relationship conflict, parenting
concerns, separation & divorce, stress, depression, anxiety or
trauma.

Living
Resources often uses a combination of cognitive and behavioral approaches
in the counselling or therapy experience. These approaches focus on
such things as what a person has learned from their experiences, what
messages he or she may carry about how to cope, how to express feelings
or solve problems. It also addresses how our perceptions and thoughts
affect our feelings and ability to find solutions to our personal
struggles.

Living
Resources services are available to children, adolescents and adults.

Living
Resources offers a diversity of seminars and workshops to community
groups and professionals that can be customized to fit the needs of
each group however small or large.
